What do you need to have a Super Slide delivered?
You will need a large grass or paved area to place the slide or castle on and decent access to the area – enough for our 2 meter-wide trailer. For slide sizes, please view the individual pages.
The slide or castle will be secured to the ground with stakes, so please allow an extra few meters on either side, especially for the larger inflatable slides.
All you need is a power supply (indoor or outdoor), we supply long cables. Plus a clean water supply if hiring the waterslide. A generator can be provided at an extra cost if you don’t have a power supply handy.
Do we need to supervise the slides?
There needs to be an adult supervising while children of any age are using the slides or castles. We can provide supervision at an extra cost. Please contact us to get a quote.
Can you deliver the slide to my event?
Yes! There are additional costs involved so please let us know when you book a slide so we can provide pricing for delivery and set up.
How long can I book the slides for?
All bookings are set at 5 hours but if you need a longer hire time, please let us know and we can work this out with you.
Who is responsible for the health and safety of the slides?
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Hirers must ensure all safety instructions are followed and any incidents are reported as soon as possible to Super Slides.
